Milestone Utility Services is a leader in technology solutions and services in the utility industry. RIA Advisory is a longtime partner of Milestone. RIA will help in the implementation of Oracle C2M and upgrade the existing Mobile Workforce Management Solution for FPWC.
Since 1905, FPWC has been providing electric, water, and wastewater services to Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Cumberland County. They serve 79,600 electric, 85,000 water, 7,800 irrigation, and 84,000 wastewater customers.
FPWC has been an Oracle user for a long time. The company implemented Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) & Meter Data Management (MDM) solutions in 2014. To address the growing business needs and changing demands of the customers, PWC decided to replace the current CC&B and MDM solutions with Oracle C2M.
RIA is pleased to partner with Milestone to provide professional and technical services related to the implementation of Oracle’s Customer to Meter (C2M) CIS product using the Platform as a Service (PaaS) deployment model.
The project will begin in late July 2020 and is expected to complete in the summer of 2021.
