Job description:
- Possess strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing functional aspect (utilities domain) and worked on CC&B/C2M/CCS testing as a functional tester or test lead for minimum 2-4 implementation projects
- Possess strong understanding of CC&B functionalities, processes and screen navigation
- Ability to understand the business design documents and functional design documents and convert them to test scenarios and test cases
- Knowledge in preparing test data for CC&B application
- Hands on any automation tool for CC&B testing
- Experience in guiding and mentoring junior testers for CC&B testing
- Experience in writing and defining overall test strategy
- Experience in producing and handling Traceability matrix
- Expertise in any two modules: V set Up, Credit &Collection, Sales and Marketing, Billing, Payment, Rate etc.
- In depth knowledge of Meter to Cash flow and billing
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Analyze issues based on error received while testing
Personal Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Should be able to pick any new technology, research it and implement it in short time frame.
