About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to join our team and deliver world-class training on the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) product, with a focus on Core Java concepts and related technology. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in Java and is experienced in delivering effective, engaging, and technically sound training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training sessions to internal teams on Core Java / related technology and on Oracle Revenue Management and Billing products
- Deliver technical training sessions to internal teams and later to TIER 1 customers on Oracle Revenue Management and Billing products (framework is based on Core Java, Hibernate)
- Provide hands-on training and guide participants through real-world use cases relevant to ORMB.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, documentation, and course content.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Assist in onboarding new technical team members through structured training programs/bootcamps.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert during training and support sessions.
Prerequisites:
- Strong Core Java fundamentals: Solid knowledge of OOP, exception handling, collections, multithreading, JDBC, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Java training to professionals in a corporate or enterprise setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- The incumbent will be trained on Oracle Revenue Management and Billing product for better delivery of training programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on development experience in Java-based enterprise applications.
- Experience with product-specific training
