Anil Valecha serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer, responsible for driving strategic and corporate finance objectives. He closely collaborates with investors and the CXO group to achieve growth goals, including M&A and due diligence activities, investor relations, strategic initiatives, decision support, debt financing, business performance management, finance transformation, automation and finance analytics, management reporting, daily finance operations, as well as risk assurance and compliance management aspects of the company.

Anil brings over 25 years of experience across the finance domain. Prior to RIA, Anil managed different leadership roles in small to large organizations, including serving as Group CFO with Antuit.ai where he was part of the initial team instrumental in helping the company grow from a start-up stage to a successful exit in 8+ years. He also contributed his skills and knowledge to organizations such as WNS, Sutherland, and Cognizant, among others.

Anil is ACMA, CGMA (UK), Executive MBA-from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), and pursued a leadership program from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Anil is an Angel investor/mentor in several start-ups, actively participating in the start-up ecosystem.
