Arnold has accumulated over thirty years of industry experience, with the longest tenure being at Oracle UGBU, where he dedicated eighteen years to establishing various initiatives. Among these accomplishments are the creation of the Bootcamp training program and the development of a comprehensive methodology supported by a suite of tools.

Starting his career as a developer, Arnold has since taken on multiple roles and responsibilities. Additionally, he pursues his passion for music, performing as a singer and serving as a choir conductor during his free time.
