As RIA’s Head Customer Delight, Benicio is responsible for driving implementation success, not meeting but significantly exceeding client’s expectations and aligning customer executive leadership teams with RIA’s. At RIA, he is also involved in strategic initiatives and projects that add value to our clients. Together with several members of the RIA management team, Benicio built the ORMB family at Oracle FSGBU; Benicio was responsible for bringing in strategic ORMB deals at Oracle.

Prior to joining RIA, Benicio was Managing Director at FIS, responsible for a revenue portfolio of over $200M and managing the overall strategic relationships of several of FIS’s most strategic accounts. Prior to FIS, Benicio worked 12 years at Oracle. Before this, he worked in management for some of the largest technology companies in the world, including IBM, NCR, and Unisys, all in business development.
