Michelle brings nearly 20 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector. She leads RIA’s Utilities Advisory Services vertical, comprised of a large portfolio of complex transformations, with a core focus on Utility Strategy & Planning, Transformation Enablement, and Quality Assurance. Michelle’s professional expertise spans all major facets of complex technology-enabled business transformation, with a focus on driving successful outcomes for our clients.

Prior to joining TMG in 2023, Michelle was a Business Integration leader at EY, where she delivered full lifecycle implementations for CIS, CX, ERP, and Supply Chain platforms. Her deep understanding of industry-leading practices equips her to navigate transformation initiatives with precision and agility. She is known for her collaborative and authentic leadership style, and her keen ability to identify individuals’ strengths to cultivate high performing teams. She brings a powerful blend of strategic vision, functional expertise, and exceptional communication skills to help drive alignment, quality, and measurable impact across her clients.

Michelle lives in Denver, CO with her husband, two children, and one dog. She and her family love to travel and embrace every opportunity to spend quality time together, along with family and friends.
