Supriya is a Managing Partner at RIA Advisory. His primary responsibility is Innovation and Product Development. Supriya has over 30 years of experience in IT industry in various roles. Prior to joining RIA Advisory, Supriya was Senior Vice President of Customer Success at BankSight, a Fintech start-up. Before that he was the Vice President of Product Management and Engineering for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Application at Oracle. He has successfully developed and launched ORMB in Banking, Insurance and Healthcare and created a SaaS offering for ORMB. Before this, Supriya was the VP of Product Development at Edifecs, a health care IT company for three years. At Edifecs, he was responsible for running a large Product organization with multiple products (on-premise and SaaS) and distributed development teams in four different geographies. Before this, Supriya was Vice President of Product development at Oracle where he started the ORMB product organization and launched the product. Prior to getting acquired by Oracle, Supriya spent 10 years at SPL Worldgoup in various leadership roles in Consulting, Presales, Product Management and Engineering. He worked on three generations of CIS Products at SPL including CISPlus, PeopleSoft CIS and Oracle CC&B.
