William brings over 30 years of experience in the IT consulting industry, with a career spanning roles from Developer to Managed Services Manager at SPL WorldGroup. He later founded Synersys Consulting Inc., an IT services firm focused on delivering high-quality solutions for Utilities clients leveraging Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).

William successfully led Synersys for 13 years before its acquisition by TMG and subsequently by RIA Advisory. After a brief retirement, he returned to RIA as Country Head of RIA Advisory Philippines, where he has played a key role in driving the organization’s growth and success as part of RIA’s global operations.
