Team RIA at Pune visited the 14Trees Foundation for a tree plantation drive on Friday, 25th March 2022. 14 Trees Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to building sustainable, carbon-footprint-neutral eco-systems through re-forestation which is currently engaged in restoring native green cover on ecologically degraded patches of barren hills near Pune. This organization conducts various activities like digging ponds to store rainwater and trenches to recharge ground water. The RIA employees planted over 65+ trees and RIA has donated over 200+ plants to 14Trees. We were able to learn a lot about our environment and how the local tribal people are supported by this endeavour.
