While all of us are working from home, we were missing our teatime talks with our colleagues and managers. So, last week, our team leaders organized virtual Tea-Time-Talks with their team members.
This was not the time to talk about work or take status updates. During this time, we checked on each other, talked about how we are keeping ourselves motivated and productive at home, movies to watch, new shows on Netflix, and all such things. It felt good to “see” everyone.
