Virtual Onboarding

Even during these unprecedented times, it is business as usual at RIA. We had rolled out a few offers, and our new team members were all set to join the RIA team in India.

As everyone is working from home, we had come up with innovative ways to onboard the new team members. Here is what we did

* We coordinated with the new joinees and our DevOps team to complete the IT setup requirements
* We took induction sessions with the new joinees
* We introduced the new joinees to their respective team leads over a video call
* One week after their joining, our employee engagement team connected with the individual team member to check how they are doing and if they have any issues/ queries

That apart, the most interesting thing was the “Intro With Teams” sessions. We organized an introductory video call with a group of new joiners so that they can know each other and the HR team. In these calls, we talked about their queries, issues, and tried to know each other. We also asked them some quiz questions about RIA.
