RIA prioritizes understanding client needs and industry best practices to approach any problem with strategic planning. We offer high school and undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in actual live projects.
Our goal is to improve the management and technical skills of candidates while gaining experience working in a global business environment.

What will you learn?

Our interns can select between two specialized tracks: business or technology
Business – Sales Ops & Marketing

Sales Operations: management, business opportunities, development, and strategy

Participate in client campaigns, market research, and lead generation activities

Create promotional marketing materials and presentations

4

Gain practical skills for Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Technology – Full Stack

Gain valuable real-world work experience that interns can leverage toward their career

Develop and refine programming skills across several popular open-source technologies, including: Angular, Spring Boot, Spark, PostgreSQL, etc

Network with professionals in the field

8

Learn emerging technologies, including: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

Duration : The internship offers a flexible schedule around school and extracurricular activities between May to September.
